Finding your credentials in PagerDuty
To retrieve your PagerDuty API token, follow the steps below
Login to PagerDuty at https://app.pagerduty.com/
From the main menu at the top, navigate to Integrations > API Access Keys
Click "Create New API Key"
Enter Description and "Create Key"
Copy the "API Key"
To Retrieve Filter type
Incoming Webhook events will be filtered on your selection:
Account Reference: all events across your entire PagerDuty account
Service Reference: all events from a specific service
Team Reference: all events from a specific team
Filter ID is not required for Account Reference filter type
To find the Filter ID for Service Reference filters
From the main menu at the top: Services > Service Directory
Click the name of the desired Service
In the URL bar, you will find the 7-character Service ID starting with the letter P
To find the Filter ID for Team Reference filters
From the main menu at the top: People > Directory > Teams
Click the name of the desired Team
In the URL bar, you will find the 7-character Team ID starting with the letter P
